Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make every effort to arrive on time, but weather, traffic, and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require schedule adjustments.
For the safety of our customers and staff, services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe working conditions.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the boat or RV and notifying us of any existing damage or special cleaning concerns before work begins.
If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution.
